Who would benefit from the training?

We specialise in new and experienced leadership teams no matter what level of experience and energised by facilitating individuals at all levels of an organisation, from entry-level or aspiring managers to senior executives. The programs are designed to help managers develop the skills they need to be more effective in their roles, such as leading teams, making decisions, and communicating effectively.

What industries is the training suitable for?

All of our training is bespoke so we will adapt to fit what works for your industry and company values. We have experience working in higher educational institutions, financial services and sales to customer service, retail and hospitality, but we also love working in new areas too.

What locations do you work in?

Anywhere in the UK and even abroad if you need us to. We have a base in the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire area but travel across the UK to deliver in-person sessions and can deliver online as an alternative too.

Do you offer remote or in-person sessions?

We will deliver sessions either online or in-person, whichever best suits your needs! We love delivering in-person sessions but we know that doesn’t suit everyone and as we create all of our training bespoke for you we can design it for either or mix it up with hybrid delivery.

Can I adapt the training to suit my needs?

We wouldn’t have it any other way! We know every company is different, with its own identity, we make sure the training we deliver is designed to complement your style and culture. We will work closely with you, to understand your goals and how you would measure success to make sure the programme we deliver an experience that nurtures teams potential.

Will I receive any materials as part of the course?

Yes, we will provide you a bespoke slide deck and handouts that we use as part of the course. There will also be follow-up emails with useful reminders, videos and extra content.

How long do the courses last?

We offer anything from a 1 day session covering some of the essentials of management through to a 12 to 18 month programme. For our longer courses, regular sessions going in depth on a variety of topics and reviewing practical examples and case studies that your people will experience in their role. We’ll work out a plan that revolves around yours and your people's needs and covers everything you’re looking for.
