Metis People Development is a UK-based leadership and management training company founded in 2022 by Jonathan Nimmo and Zach Eaton.
We specialise in helping organisations develop confident, capable managers who can lead with empathy, clarity and impact.
Based in Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, we deliver programmes in-person across the UK and online internationally, supporting leaders and teams to thrive in times of change.
